Student Personal Registration Form and Payment Steps: 

After selecting Trip(s) you must fill out the Student Personal Registration form below for all trips you want to attend!

1. All Students will look at Trips listed to select trip. Reserving a spot, you must first Register then next Pay.  Trips usually have 10 spots available (if a trip fills a wait list will be created in order of payment time)
2. Next Register personal Information for trip on the Registration form below for each trip then submit. Fill in all information required, have host parent help if needed!
3. Now Pay for Trip using PayPal at the bottom of this page using your credit card or your parents can do this from their country on our site. Remember if it asks for your home address it is where the card originated in your country and address of origin, NOT YOUR HOST PARENTS ADDRESS!
4. After all this is complete you will Download the Liability form to attend. This form is for our company (AOE) to be filled out and signed by you and your host parent then given to us at pick up. The next form is from your organization to be filled out and sent to your coordinator. *All forms are located at the bottom of this page
5. Congratulations and get ready for a great trip, we will contact your host parents to verify 3-5 days before trip begins and send you a list of what to bring.

Student Pick Up/Drop Off Locations in Phoenix 

Listed Below:

Students must provide their own transportation to our pickup/drop off locations as listed below by Host Parents, other host parents, coordinators, Uber, or Lyft etc... Here is the list of locations where we pick you up and drop you off. Please select closest location to your host parent home  and get their help to select. Add to your registration form below!  You have to get there for us to pick you up!   

Students must be 5-10 minutes early to the location:

Student Flights into Phoenix Sky Harbor from other states are not included in prices of trips and must be student/coordinator booked!

Only for students flying in from other states or shuttling in from other cities!
