AOE offers custom outdoor summer camps or travel for children ages 10-17 for families, friends, teams or groups of 6 or more.
We provide transportation to and from our camp site along with site meals and activities selected by parents and campers!

Safety is Our first concern for your child. Please have your camper/gear ready and on site 10 minutes before departure and at least 5 minutes early on return date. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes will be charged an extra fee!
We provide transportation, using 12 or 15 passenger vans, from Paseo Highlands Park to our site in Cibola National Forest New Mexico. It is 7300 ft elevation approximately 5.5 hours or 340 miles away. The closest emergency services to our location is Timberlake Ranch Fire Department.
All camps have a balanced and set menu 2 weeks before the camps begin! Campers with special dietary needs will be noted yet it is the parents responsibility to supply these items for the camper. AOE supplies meals only based on its menu. All campers will bring a lunch for the road on the first day!
Safety is our #1 priority for all campers and risks are minimized to provide a safe environment at all times! All camps are insured yet parents must complete a signed liability form in the registration packet along with a rules and expectations for behavior. Our staff includes adult leaders who have had background checks. It also provides junior staff to assist with activities and supervision.
Our camps are first come first serve basis. It is usually 6-12 campers per camp to receive individual attention and supervision. We reserve the right to cancel or close camps based on registrations. We will give notices and refunds if needed.
A camp deposit is paid to reserve a spot ($150). Next all camp fees must be paid 4 weeks prior to the actual departure date after the initial non refundable deposit. A registration packet will be e-mailed to all parents 2 weeks before camp begins with all forms, what to bring, and relevant information. If a cancellation is needed it must occur 2 weeks prior to camp yet the deposit is non-refundable!
